This mango and banana smoothie was inspired by my favorite smoothie at the local (& awesome) 24hr diner. The diner makes a bomb smoothie with mango, banana, and orange juice- however OJ is high in sugar and has yucky added stuff when bought at the store.. and requries way too much time and too many oranges to make at home. Also, coconut water is just AWESOME and the coconut milk makes it super creamy! Winninnnngggg
Total time: 3 minutes
1 Cup frozen mango
1/2 Cup canned full fat coconut milk
1/2 Cup coconut water
1 tbsp flax seeds
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend!
